Wow! Amazing! I really see the elements from the Panamera/Cayenne, although I honestly like the current rear, than on this rendering. It still looks like it took a lot of time! rep for sure.
How long exactly did it take?
Here is a much dumber version of the rear of a 998 I made a little while back. This took me about 20 minutes

Not sure really how long I took, it was bits of free time I used to render this. Didn't take as long as I thought it would though...used this spy picture for the basic shape of the car

I also think it may be a photoshop, or a rejected design. I really like the skills of your render, but I don't like the render. Do you know what I mean? It's a very nice execution, but it doesn't look good. I suggest changing the diffuser, tail lights, wing, making the place where the top retracts smaller, and the engine vents larger, put on a soft top, and we have a winner!!!
