I hope the 991 Turbo will have an F-8 engine

Hey hey easy on the M5! It is FAST! Both the C2S and M5 are ~10s to 100mph. :-)

oh come on, this will never happen. porsche would have to change the whole concept, you can´t just put an 8 cylinder in, they won´t do that because then the 911 would be a whole different car. and why should they???
porsches are the most precise cars at all, and they are really effetive: in comparison with other cars they don´t "need" that much power to be equally fast. and as u see eg the gt2 rs: 620hp out of that engine - what more do u want???

No it won't. It's easier to flub the launch in the M5, but if you get it right on both cars, or race from a roll, both cars will be about even up until around 80-100, at which point the M5 will increasingly pull away. The Porsche has the advantage down low, as a result of grip, and torque, but once you hit 3rd gear, the M5 is quicker all the way up.
In the real-world, the C2S/C4S is, of course, the generally faster car. The M5 has trouble putting down its power at lower speeds, and needs to be at 5k+ rpms to come alive, so you need to stay on top of your gears. Handling-wise, it's not even close. I drove my M5 on the track, and it's laughable how much of a track car it's not.
B-u-t, in straight line performance, it's no joke.
