i want to buy a car and am thinking of the new 997.2 carrera s or 2009 turbo ?

both are great cars...

the turbo gives you more car... however if you like to have the latest, then the 997.2 turbo which is already out will really make you uncomfortable.

can you really be seen in carrera s in saudi? surely turbo or gt2 only, no?

it depends entirely on what your usage of the car will be. if you are looking for street, you will want a turbo, for d.e./light track you want a c2, for racing you do not want either unless you enjoy buying motors. for racing you can have a 964 or a 996 gt3. the 997 gt3's suck on the track imo, another option is a cup car. 993's have about 9000 rubber mounts in the rear suspension so you have to go full monoballs then u cant drive it on the street. turbos suck on the track regardless of what ne car and driver tard tells you, 997s' are pretty fun and they wont let you mess up unless you really really mess up

 

You should get the Carrera Turbo. It does zero to sixty in like no seconds and tops out at outrageous speeds. Man!

Could you be more specific? There's a lot of car in both of them.

How long do you plan on keeping the car? Do you need AWD? Do you prefer a N/A engine over Turbo charged? Or visa versa....

Are you considering the PDK vs Tip Turbo, or are you ordering a 2010 Turbo with PDK?
