Crashed and totaled Porsche 996
I just found these pics of my 996 that I sold to my youngest brother. I sold the car to him about two years ago, and he lost control of it on a twisty highway in the wet about 6 months later. I sold him the car for $30,000 with 28,000 miles on it and he got about $43,000 from his insurance company for it. This was his second totaled Porsche and hopefully his last!

He was 19 years old at the time, and had already totaled a 1997 Boxster. Since then he has had a 1975 911, 2000 Boxster, 2001 Boxster S, and now a 2002 Boxster S...all of these cars survived his ownership, so hopefully his crashing is all done.

Yeah, he is one lucky kid...everything just seems to work out for him. When I was 19 I was driving a 944 and a 914 worth a total of about $5,000 and I felt like I was in heaven.
