That's a TechArt interior conversion. That's on one of their demo cars. Their leather work is as good if not better than factory.

I built a White 2008 Turbo for a client with every factory leather option in Sea Blue with white stiching. I will see if I can dig up some photos. We had over 27K in the interior options alone.
