Red face SuncoastParts.com - 997 (Gen 2 ) Project Car

Check out our latest project car! We prepared a 2009 Carrera S for Sebring, we needed a center-piece for our Porscheplatz display. Thanks to all of the vendors who helped us, we're happy with the results. Just want to thank a few folks:

Vorsteiner.com:

V-GT Decklid & Wingblade - If you haven't seen this in person, it's amazing, the carbon is gorgeous. It's hard to see on the Vorsteiner website, but there is a small hour-glass shaped piece between the air intakes that is unpainted, this allows you to see the uncovered carbon.......a nice touch. It was a quick and easy installation, and excellent fit and finish.

DrivingExpressions.com:

XPEL - Front End Clear Bra
Window Tint
Light Film - Tail Lights & Parking Lights in Smoke, Headlights in Yellow - This is very cool stuff, we will be carrying their products on our site soon.

AWE-Tuning.com:

Black Chrome Tips & Exhaust Cross Over Pipes - Where do I begin, very cool stuff. The black chrome tips are my new favorite, very subtle.....very shiney. The Cross Over Pipes delete the secondary muffler on the second generation 997's, this adds a significant sound difference. Installation was simple for these parts, and excellent qaulity.

Champion:

RS 184 Wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports - We chose these wheels because of the old-school, race inspired look. They're very clean and simple, and massively wide!

Tequipment Parts:
Carrera S Side logos with RS Bumper Decals
GT3 Spoiler Harness

Other Goodies:

H&R Springs
Clear Side Markers
Black Mirror Housings

We're working on a few more upgrades for the car, and we will be posting more pictures soon.

I think the car looks great. Love the wheels, the black chrome tips and the wing. And I rather like the "carrera S" on the side. Wondering about getting that myself, but I´m not sure about the color......

Just a question about the lights. How does the yellow affect how good the lights are in the dark? And the smoke taillights, are the braking lights just as visible as the normal red ones?
