I've also read EVOMSit is better than Softronics but it's a big debate. I don't have experience with either of them.
I've heard good things about RSS Plenum. Neither will give you flat out amazing results though. I have heard the LWFW does wonders for throttle response, a local buddy here in ATL did this on his car and it's somewhat in you budget.
