I really love the way the ceramic coating turns out. If you live in an area where your tips are subject to a lot of abuse from road salt, debris and things like that, you know it's always really hard to return them to that "factory" shine they once had. The coating is an excellent way to give them a fresh start and a new look, without digging too deep into your wallet.

As a general rule, I would avoid using any harsh chemicals, like wheel cleaners or anything like that. With the coating, you should be able to use soap/water and get them clean no problem. Just be careful not to use anything too abrasive when you're wiping them down. Use a soft sponge or a microfiber cloth and you should be fine. I think you'll find that the coating makes them much easier to keep clean.
