Yep, looks like a 997 GT3 front bumper without the lower lip

It's on http://www.nrauto.com/sub_index.asp?...he&spage=Parts, just select 996, then in the middle of the left column there 996 to 997 GT3 bumper

notice that 996 has gt3 wheels on it as well, no way those offsets are correct!
