Colors Getting Axed for 997 Mk II

although slate is nice but i'd prefer a pure dark(er) grey without brown tone/tint. that'll be hot.

that cobalt GT2 that pops up on ebay every so often haunts my dreams.

Slate is possibly one of the only grey's I would ever thing of buying.

Knowing Porsche they will probably add some more retro colors to the mix. Saw a Cocoa 997 at Stevens Creek this week-end and found it to be a good color in person!!

It's interesting how Porsche 'rotates' the colors around.
Just 2 years ago, Cobalt was a premium color, then a 'regular' color and now this report of its passing (undoubtedly temporary).
There was even a year when Speed Yellow was a premium color.

Porsche if you're listening, please bring back Signal Yellow and make Orange a standard offering!

yes, I remember the time were cobalt was an optional colour and the carrera S was marginally cheaper back in 2005 and 2006.
