140+ MPH on the straight, that sucker's fast. Very interesting about the FWD disengagement.

If the PDK is as good as BMW's M-DCT in the M3 (and I'm sure it is)........the manual is history.

According to this video and many others Porsche is looking to phase out the manual all together w/in the next coming 5-6 yrs.

I test drove the M3 with M-DCT and it is quite good except for a loud thung I heard when switching gears with Sport button pressed..... I think the Porsche software is much better

then we should all hold onto our manual cars as they will hold their value better.

BMW just released a software update for the '08 and very early '09s that apparently makes a huge difference. My '09 is flawless. When it's time to replace my Turbo it will have PDK......no question.

I have a chance to pick up a C4S launch edition for $102K (brand new - sticker is $112K). The only thing stopping me (besides my wife) is the PDK. Yes or no???
