I didn't read the entire thread, but rims < 18" on a P-car looks lame.

 

Alex, who's getting rims < 18" ? I'm sticking with 19, no larger or smaller.

I'm probably going to do exhaust / intake before lowering the car. One thing at a time!!!

Looks wonderful, my man. Gotta agree with the front lip thought though. Can't go 'round with that black lip and those sides. The lip is cheap. Just spray it and go. I buy them in 4 packs at my dealer.

 

LOL, 4 packs?! Where do you get them, at Costco?! I planned on painting it white after I scrape it the first time. *knock on wood* it hasn't happened yet so either I'm not driving it enough or I'm really careful.

 

Really careful is good, bro. Yeah. I worked out a deal with the dealership on those. They're about $260 I think. I was just in another guy's garage in Cali that had 4 in plastic hanging from his ceiling too. So funny.

As for the '18" wheels are lame' comment, not so much. All Porsche race cars and most dedicated track cars have them. They're obviously better, and a Porsche is a very dedicated car (sans Turbo). 18s are better for what our cars were designed for. Period.
