My 997S is back from the shop (new front & rear)
and if it were me, i would do coilovers. springs make the car feel too bouncy.

Springs are fine - I had H&Rs on my Carrera S with no issues. If you want more performance for the track, then you can get the Bilsteins made for PASM.
The car looks great, but I'd go for some BBS CX-Rs. Here's a link:
