If you are right, which you probably are, that is horrible for the dealership. Can you imagine the bath the dealership is going to have to take on that.

and as for how much the buyer would loose, I remember hearing they keep the deposit until it sells - but thats just hearsay.

Then why is it in the pre-owned inventory? And it's got some miles on it. Someone bought that car, moded it (wheels, exhaust probably) and then decided they didn't like it. Wierd.
