Just put in a Softronic ECU on my 997.1tt and at first I was able to feel night and day difference. Now after about 100 miles, my car seems to be detonating and there's a delay in the turbo kicking in and my car lags at around 4000rpm, especially in 3rd gear. I read that it could be 2 things..1) may need to upgrade to a colder spark plug and 2) i should be running higher octane. (running regular 91octane).
ANyone experience anything similar to this or any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

 

I don't have anything to add, but more a question to ask....have you upgraded you clutch? and what are your miles....im considering a tune..

 

Why don't you contact Softronic or whoever sold you the tune?
