This, but I think its been proven

I guess I shouldn't say reliability, perhaps durability is a better suited word. I've been hearing some complaints (although the dealer resolves them very quickly) of quality control issues that are to be expected on the first car the a company ever builds. Things like little squeaks and rattles, fuel filler cap issues, etc.

I drove the MP4 and was blown away by how consistently fast it is through the gears.

Its like my GT2 feels much faster than my friends TTS, but when we race we are even. The TTS suspension and chasis hide the feeling of speed more than the GT2.

Do you have this feeling also?
perfectly said.
The 458 feels like a toy on the turns, you actually feel the car losing control, that "close to the edge" feeling that the mclaren will NOT give you. Car is too perfect, the traction control is so good that you have to actually be an idiot to crash the mclaren, but still, the mp4 may be dead fast, faster than any road car at the moment in its segment, they lack "fun". even with the traction off the car still feels easy to control.
