I think the car could be lower and it would look great.

Love the car. The factory has a vision for their special cars, and the Fuchs are part of the retro look. Any change of wheels on that car is just not the way it was meant to look. Special edition cars should not be trashed up. You want to make your own personality (pimp-up) in a tuner burner car then just buy a standard Porsche of some kind and have at it. How else would we be amused otherwise?

Cool

Widebody, kill the stone guards, lower it, add a white lip in front, and ditch the ducktail. Then it'd look great.

Vintage 501, would work on 996 GT2 also. Although a different HRE Wheel would be more appropriate if your looking for lightweight.

Not feeling this either, the wheels don't look right on that beautiful GTS.

This is not a special edition car, its a 12 C4 GTS... Nothing special about that. Also, There are no Fuchs look a likes available in center lock.... Car could be back to stock in less than an hour!!

This IS a wide body! Its also a daily driver in Chicago.. lowering it is not an option for DD in this town... owner has an 11 GT3RS (also on HREs) if he wants low!!!

Hate to go w/ the trend here but, it's not great. I love the car. w/ the crowd here when it comes to retro look, Fuchs are it. This was a nice attempt though.
To King’s point, it’d also look better lowered or w/ skirts of some sort. Thanks as always for the post!

Edit: If Fuchs aren't available in center lock then this is just a mediocre alternative to the stock wheels. I see where the owner was going. Just didn't work. Also, I do understand drivability issues w/ lowering the car in the city. If the driver wants a city car, buy one. The stance of this GTS looks a bit off.
