Wtb 997.1 TT - So I did!

If you plan to track it GT3, I owned both, .1 & .2 variants, I have also owned .1 & .2 Turbo (Current) , the TT is the better street car, the point and shoot aspect is what works so well. A GT3 for street driving is not the best car IMO , Walter Rohrl also agrees tack = GT3 , Street = TT. The Gt3 requires to much upper end range reving and while the sound is enchanting the ability to row thru the gears is not there in normal driving.. you need to keep the revs up all the time to derive power as the low end is not good.

I would be willing to test drive it for you...

So after further review (went back for a second test drive) I do like the turbo. The clutch is something to get familiar with because of its lightness. The boost and speed is addictive to the point that I went throw 1/8 of a tank of gas in about 20 miles the wider trac is actually noticeable in slower speeds which I can get used to. Now it comes down to price and I got the final word that mine is totaled today so they will now farm out quotes to dealers in the area for retail value of my car. Hopefully I will have a turbo in a few weeks!
