Pre 09 cars w TIPs can be done as you have the older motor without DFI, plenty of guys around to work on that Champion, Sharkwerks etc.

Im trying to build something like the guy has in Kuwait, or the 2 guys in turkey, think one guy has a 3.8L and the other a 4.3L, and i thin the guy with the 4.3l broke the 60 to 130 record with a 3.96 in a tip. I think might have broke the motor also not sure, so im trying to find the right combo for big power on pump gas with maybe a 3.90, 60 to 130 on race gas. not sure if those 2 shops do theese kind of builds?

The thing is how weak do the liners become if you goto a 4.3ltr? Or are they increasing the capacity in a different way?

Good question, if anyone can explain exactly what is done and how its done? 3.6 to a 4.3? How does protomotive do it? I know the protomotive 4.3 tip did 3.96 and blew a head gasket. crazy fast, but after spending over 50k on an engine build and have the gaskets go, i would freak! exspecialy being up here.

Check out EVOMS. Their evt packages are insane!! If I had a pre "DI" turbo that's exactly where I would be awaking my beast at!!!

Well I know for a fact if you go 3.8ltr you just change the liners and put oversized pistons and stick in some rods but for any bigger the liner would become to thin so I'm guessing you would have to make a new complete kit using crank, rods, pistons cams etc..etc..
