This is a good question, and the short answer is that from what we saw, the car just didn't need a muffler. The turbos and cats are enough to keep the volume level reasonable and the sound was great without one, the muffler would only make it quieter and more refined. Our goal was to bring out a bit more of the engine's character and since these engines are just so darn quiet, this ended up being our favorite solution.
Don't get me wrong, i don't want to upset somebody but you just remove the rear muffler and replace it with 2 pipes. Of course, chromed, beautifully bended, but that's just all? No own rear muffler development?
