Welcome to TS. If you have pics hosted on FaceBook, Photobucket, etc; you can right click the image and get the image info. Then hit the little icon when posting to insert image and paste the http info and your photo will show. For the new FB photo stream, just hit F5 and that will get you back to the old style photo stream so you can get the image info. Hope this helps.

You can select the attachment button and upload them directly to the forum, or host them on a site like imageshack or photobucket.
