Maximum sentence is 30 year.

That said, he's in some deep shi*... the girl that died was of a very traditional and politically conected family here.

Situation is kind of like if he killed the nephew of Texas governor in the US...

True to that, but I don't think thats going to happen. Obviously he's rich and in countries like Brazil (no offense, but thats the way it still is) more money sometimes means more rights.
I just hope he learned his lesson, what some people never do.

depending on how good his attorney. if the girl indeed did ran a red light. the porsche driver would probably only get a DUI and a very expensive speeding ticket. at least thats how it works here in the state. not sure how San Paolo's court operates.
