Another Speed Record Set.... 234.6 MPH in the Standing Mile
Success!!!
We have moved the 997TT past the 996TT record of we set back in 2008.
Although "The King" aka Joetwint's water cooled 996 TT record lasted for more than 2 years, it was time for the next generation 997 to have its glory. Our 997TT, "MAYHEM" is a full weight "street" car weighing in at about 3600 pounds plus driver. Still has A/C, Navi, full interior, plus a full 6-pt cage and a complete fire system. This engine has been put through HELL. It has well over 200 full power Dyno pulls, thousands of street miles as well as over 30 full 1 mile passes.
General specs on the car:
EVOMS 4.0L engine
EVOMS GT35 turbo system - Tial turbos / wastegates
EVOMS fuel system - twin in tank 044 pumps with 1680cc injectors
EVOMS intercooler system
Stock ECU - EVOMSit Tuned
Tilton triple disk carbon - carbon clutch
Werks1 Aero
Champion Wheels

More pics
Bray, Matthew and Zuccone are traveling through West Texas right now... so, I'm getting a few pics here-there...
As for the wrap... the technical reason we wrapped it? We were sick of looking at the Silver, so when it came time to repaint, we figured... why not?
Here some great shots from the weekend...
An overall memory for the EVOMS Road Team:
And, lastly, our theme for October!
