Here is the 8 page document. There are some pretty comical questions in there. One of the questions shows that the 918 Spyder began development all at Weissach long before VAG took them over. Since the takeover, it's been nothing but support from the rest of the VW group:

BTW Porsche has not been "taken over" yet. Actually there are some legal issues regarding the merger.

About the 'merger'... How far exactly are they going to go? Will there still be two separate brands, r will you have to buy a Volkswagen 911 GT3? Or a Porsche Beetle?
