Yup, this is the car see link below.... I saw it at Essen in the flesh, it is a nice job but despite it saying as clearly as you want "1200hp" we will soon find out what 1000 real hp ie engine dyno tested will deliver....

Another "anomily" in the 9ff claim of 1200hp and 1100NM....
If you crunch the numbers to have 1200hp at say 7500rpm (it is unlikely to be higher revs on a turbo engine)equates to 1140NM at 7500rpm - torque curves do not generally peak at maximum power on a turbocharged Porsche engine

And yes, torque peak is very high up for a turbo engine, but it was the same with the old Gemballa 750 Evo (max torque at 6800). Just a question of the engine setup.

Good point, I never noticed that about he Gemballa car (its max torque was at 6150rpm)...I guess it is massive turbochargers hitting their "sweet spot" much higher up the revs since they take o long to spool up.
