Lightweight Forged Wheels: 19x9.5J comes in at 20.95lbs! We have just recently manufactured a set of V-104 Mesh Monoblock Forged wheels for a customer with a Mercedes C63 AMG.
We have used special back pad pocketing and spoke scalloping techniques to minimize the weight of this wheel without compromising wheel stength and safety.
The final outcome is the rear wheels in a 19x9.5J sizing came in at a final weight of 20.95lbs or 9.5kgs.
Here are some photos of the machining & manufacturing process we went through to reach this outcome.
