Question re: short shifter

My new 997tt cab doesn't have the factory sport shift and I really liked the one in my 997 coupe.

Suncoast sells for 410.
Eric the plug guy sells b&m for 199.

Are they the same?

I think Suncoast sells the Porsche unit which is basically the B&M but with the housing included - saves a couple of steps on the install.
