Definitly the 07!
The 09 has multiple mis-shifts. Porsche wont warranty anything on that car.
The 08 is a little better. It has one pretty bad mis-shift, but not as bad as the 09.
The 07 has not been abused at all. The 1, 1, 1 reading on ranges 4-6 is an error. Its impossible for that to ever happen. Only 14 ignitions in range 3 is pretty good. And its a CPO with lowest miles + best price. There really shouldn't even be a question about this car.
Over Rev Ranges recorded onto the ECU:
Range 1: 7300-7500 RPM
Range 2: 7500-7700 RPM
Range 3: 7700-7900 RPM
Range 4: 7900-8400 RPM
Range 5: 8400-9500 RPM
Range 6: 9500-11000 RPM
Remember that the rev limiter is at 7200 RPM. Each number represents an ignition at it's respective engine speed.
The way that you get over-revs is when you downshift when your revs are still too high, or miss a shift by coming down say from 5th to 2nd... which is what I suspect happened to that poor 09.
