Champion Motorsport never went, nor did they file for Bankruptcy protection. CMS is a completely seperate company from the Champion Motors/Porsche companies, and we have been growing steady for several years now.

Champion Motors did file for Bankruptcy protection last year, and that process is nearly settled to my knowledge.
