Here are all the different types of steering wheel available for the 997.

Leather triangular steering wheel (459)


Standard multifunction steering wheel (431)


Multifunction steering wheel with thicker rims (431 + CPA)


Alcantara multifunction steering wheel (431 + CLA)

And then there's the aftermarket versions. There are versions from Techart, Gemballa, FVD, etc. Feel free to post pictures of those varying versions

Techart

Standard sport version with all leather

With deviated silver stitching

Multifunction version with all leather

I know there's many more from other aftermarket tuners so feel free to post pictures of various versions. I also wanted to thank the various folks who contributed their pictures as well.

His excuse was that his WIFE did it!

Jason, thanks for the info! I need to feel what the thicker sport wheel is like. I had the standard sport wheel on my last 997S. At first it felt VERY thin, but I got used to it. Having had my RS4 for a year now, I am used to a thicker wheel rim again...
