After reading the article and the acceleration time that it posted, I guess there is really no need to buy a GT2. I suspect that 0-60, 1/4 mile and the rest of the acceleration will be faster than the GT2 with the new PDK gear box.

Although the GT2 is all about exclusivity, but I guess the Turbo with its lower price and better performance, it is enough to justify that a Turbo is good enough!

 

GT2 is about more than exclusivity IMO, its about being a pure, hairy chested supercar versus a very fast AWD GranTurismo. I am in no way knocking the 7.2TT, but I still believe that the true enthusiast GT2 customer is looking for a lot more than exclusivity.
