I know I am going to get flamed here but......

What I find interesting is most of these cars are now slush boxes of various forms. Mash the gas pedal and off you go, not much skill required is there (Playstation)…..Very few are manual 6 speeds. I suspect most of these drivers would be scared shitless to mash it and miss a shift with a manual gearbox. The outcomes would be far different IMO.

While I am the first to agree with technological advancements in these amazing cars, taking all the variables out is rather boring. Traction + HP = the winner......
