BBi 996tt....221mph at Texas Mile

We are happy with the results of our build. I blew the rear tire at the 3/4 marker at 208mph and going side ways and keeping the car aligned to the finish line on Saturday. I was shook up a bit, needed diapers actually

We went a best of 221mph with the clutch slipping at the top RPM of 6th gear with a slight head wind.

That's pretty crazy considering your build was finished last minute. Any pictures of you car going sideways at 200mph?

nice work !

i have a question, what type of tires are you guys using at those speeds ? from what i know most of the tires are not good for speeds over 300km/h, maybe that's why your tire blew ?!
