Well i finally managed to get the car tuned for 1.1bar on pump gas and went for a drive. Weather was around 28C (93F). Got a video shoot. Hope you like it. Todd has advised me not to increase the boost further except when on race fuel....

What kind of power are you at? Does the Tip Tranny hold up to it fine stock?

at the moment the tranny is ok but i am getting it a torque converter to be on the safe side...Regarding power i am running it on pump gas and i am roughly at 580whp with 1.0bar . But as Todd said at higher boost of 1.5bar on race fuel i shud be around 680whp...

Schwabe, yeah it could go faster. I have done 315+ in it. You can still feel the torque at speeds above 280kmh...Todd Knighton has done a super job

in the video when the car goes form 3 to 4 gear (i think) is strange, and is the noise of a miss shift !?! ( 0.07s in the video )

 

Max i'll be running 1.5 bar with some good stuff in the tank this weekend at the Texas Mile. Todd is flying in to Houston tomorrow sometime to finalize the tune before running at the Mile. I'll post vids here either Sunday or Monday. Hoping for 200 at the mile.
