That's cool. Props to the 4 door saloon car for getting into the fight.

actually that is 0-62MPH it should be faster for 0-60. HOLY CR@P!!! Out of the box for a stock car that is awesome. Of course this is with PDK and launch control, no way you match that with a manual.

I can't believe this:

4,3 s - Geiger-Corvette Z06

That is absolutely pathetic and must be a mistake. A 987S can do that.

Isn't it absolutely mind boggling what the 500HP stock 997tt runs compared to:

3,6 s - Geiger-Ford GT
3,6 s - MTM-Audi RS6 R
3.6 s - Ruf Rt12 S, 685 PS/1608 kg
3,7 s - TechArt GTstreet RS
4,3 s - Geiger-Corvette Z06

The CG 997tt has an array of weight saving measures and weighed 1519kg for that test.

The engine mods consist of headers, 100 cell cat CG muffler, 890NM clutch, air pipes, RS VTGs, Secan intercoolers, Carrillo rods.
The numbers on the engine dyno were 628PS/900NM

I believe it is the way the VTGs are programmed which makes the car so fast, the boost is instantaneous and peak torque is there at ~3000rpm just like Porsche intended. Looks like the fastest VTG Porsche in the world ?

BTW I believe this car is for sale....

Let's all take a minute here to absorb the facts presented. 0-300-0. In under a freaking minute!

I don't care if you do it in 40 seconds or 50 - that is just plain freaking nuts either way!

Correct me if I am wrong Neil...but I think the latest Switzer P800 (pump gas) cars are even faster than the these SPI750 cars that are on race gas...so either way it gets worse for the competition when trying to measure up etc...
