Thank you all for the warm welcome! First off, dig the setup here - looks great. Happy to be on board! 
I am laughing at myself for just recently accomplishing some massive posts "elsewhere", documenting some fun stuff, incl renting a Ferrari and blasting down the Autobahn, visiting the Audi Museum in Ingolstodt, pics of some cool Shelby machinery, etc. If anyone is interested, PM me for links (or make it clear that its cool to hyperlink here - I don't want to cross any etiquette lines, too lazy to recreate the long posts).
DJ, thx for the congrats - every day it feels like the first drive, but the '07 997TT I've had since Dec of 2006... was one of the first handful of custom-order deliveries here in SF. Unfortunately I wasn't tuned in to certain forums, so by the time I shared the ride w/ everyone it was old hat. Doh!
