Whatever proto told you then that is what you should run, however, I think that with 93 which is good compared to what I have available, you are probably ok. If you would have had detonation, ecu would have noticed it (albeit to late) and sent you into limp mode, (unless the safety features have been disabled, which I doubt), so doubtful that you have any problems.

Also, you didn't by chance see the 1.3 bar between shifts did you? that is a spike and is not what you are really running.
