Boosted Prelude picks wrong Porsche to mess with

A safe assumption would be that he is running some kind of t4/t3 setup on his H22. A very good setup, however looks like he could not build boost fast enough.

But, it might of been a turbo H23. which would be about as fast as a new accord V-6.
