RS97 champion monolite wheels..... lighter means more torque???

Racerfan is an unknown quantity at this point
RS97 champion monolite wheels..... lighter means more torque???

they are about 6 pounds lighter than a stock turbo wheel... what performance differece to be expected reducing such rotational mass?

Only lowers weight, provides you with quicker stopping power due to the lower weight the brakes have to handle. 2) Quicker acceleration 3) Better track usage

so in essence, 0-60 times and 1/4 times would be better with a lighter wheel?

absolutely, especially if there is a substantial decrease in weight.
