Porsche Indy shop Minneapolis, MN?
Hi,
Posting from the Shore Club in Miami
Even after telling myself I would get away from checking cars online during the trip, I cant help it LOL!!
Ayways, i seem to have located a nice turbo in Minneapolis, MN and was wondering if anyone has recommendations for mechanical and cosmetic shops (PPI).
So far, im looking at Carousel Porsche and LaMettry's Paint specialist...
Keep me posted boys and Bonita!

PM Luis about this. I think I know which car you're looking at. Carousel is a solid dealership and should be able to provide you with a PPI.
By the way, shoot me a PM if you decide to pick the car up instead of having it delivered. It'd be fun to meet another TS member!

thanks guys!
It's a 2001 with under ten k miles. After having told myself I shouldn't be looking at 996tt, I can't help but appreciate a great bargain. Although I have been bouncing between the idea of a 996tt and a 997.1s.
Either way, both are great cars...
Alzilla, If things work out, I would love to meet up!
One thing that bothered me about carousel is that I was quoted 6 hours / 800$ for a leakdown test and about the same for a compression test. Is that possible???? Crazy?
PPI is around 130$ plus 5O$ for a DME scan. (great price)
Let me know any info you have luis! I'm calling lamettrys on Monday so they can get a paint meter gauge on the car before I bother with a ppi.
