TPC Racing 775Blitzkrieg our fastest 997TT yet!

TPC Racing 997TT 775Blitzkrieg

Consists of:
Turbos (775B) Blitzkrieg
Intercoolers (775B) 4.5” (uses factory IC ducting)
Plugs (Denso DP Race) colder tighter gap for higher cylinder pressures
TPC 76mm B Exhaust by Europipe
TPC Racing 775B ECU Flash

Introduction:
Performance Redefined that’s the TPCRacing advantage 23 pro Grand Am wins 43 podiums TPCRacing only know’s the pursuit of perfection in performance, this is the ultimate next step in terms of power for the 997TT. Our solution is the TPCRacing 997TT 775Blitzkrieg series of upgrades. Utilizing Blitzkrieg components with hundreds of dyno pulls, real world driving and most important race track tuning has brought us the perfect power band behold the 775Blitzkrieg!!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87ALf20QQdQ

Performance is not just all about max horsepower and torque numbers but usable horsepower and torque, that is the TPCRacing advantage! Between 4000 and 6500 rpms the 775B develops approx. 600 lb/ft of gut wrenching pull. Each part of the system works in tandem with our extensive knowledge of tuning turbocharged Porsches.

Turbo Chargers:
At the heart of our 775B 997TT system are our modified VNT turbochargers. The 775B turbo chargers feature a 2.0mm larger compressor inducer than the stock GT2 and a 1.5mm larger exducer. TPC highly modified turbine section increases swallowing capacity to help create a plateau like torque band, ensuring tremendous power throughout the rev-range. This amounts to a 33% more efficient turbo than a factory GT2 unit!

Intercoolers:
Intercoolers play a vital role in controlling pressure drop across the core with increased cooling comes natural pressure rise, an efficiency killer, TPCRacing to the rescue: Introducing 775 Blitzkrieg Series intercoolers at a whopping 115mm core lies the beast a full 45mm larger core than stock than the factory 997TT units!!!!!! (still bolts into the factory location with factory duct work) Don’t be fooled by misleading ads, the factory core is tube and fin, the best type in their application, TPCRacing has come up with a bar and plate hybrid boasting tube and fin type internals. Leave it to TPCRacing to come up with the tooling to make such a change!

TPCRacing 775Blitzkrieg 76mm EUROPIPE Exhaust (when only the best will do)

More to be announced in the coming weeks big things are coming!

There are a few companies out there (ahem) making BIG power on pump gas. Some companies don't have as firm a grasp as they think they do on what really needs to happen inside an engine to make usable power - TPC knows their trade, though. One look at the company's racing pedigree will tell you that!

Congrats on the build, guys. Looks good!

Just an update... 2 more Turbos just showed up at the shop... one wanting more than 800hp(client has a panoz lmp car and a 962) and the other wanting the 775Blitzkrieg on a Tip... Exciting times. We are working on our 997.2 a lot at the moment and are preparing to run all of the cars at the track(1/4) in the near future so i wont be able to do 60-130 until then.

The purpose of this post is to show the difference in % that our 775Blitzkrieg makes over a stock 997TT.

This is a dyno graph that shows 3 different 997 Turbos. Our dynojet shows stock 997 Turbos to produce ~440 at the tire.

The Blue lines are a Stock car fresh off of the showroom floor. Notice how remarkably smooth the both the horsepower and torque curves are.

The Green lines are a car that came in with a generic mail order aftermarket flash.(THIS IS NOT OUR FLASH!)

The Red lines are from our 775Blitzkrieg Shop Car... As outlined in the first post of this thread. Notice the smooth and plateau like torque curve.

Keep in mind that the turbos we use are modified 997TT Turbos, not GT2 turbos that have been modified. Our turbos are 33% more efficient than GT2 Turbos.

Also I was doing some research and I saw that another well respected tuner has a dynosheet of a baseline 997TT making 438.179 WHP on an AWD Mustang Dyno, nearly identical to our 2wd Dynojet.

So, to recap: TPC's 775Blitzkrieg makes 52% more power than stock.
