Decisions, decisions....what would YOU do?

Decisions, decisions....what would YOU do?
Been pondering the move to a Turbo Cab for a while. Missed out on two recently with decent pricing. Got my blood going. Time to sell the pristine perfect C4S Cab, and move on.
So I began searching. I built several online, but I'm more inclined to pick up a slightly used '09 or '08 if there is the right car out there. And yes, though I am a Guards Red guy (past two were Guards), I'm thinking GT Silver over Black or GR over Black are the top two possibilities.
I also think the following are my must-haves:
Adaptive Sport Seats
6speed
Sport Chrono
Limited Slip
The want-to haves:
heated/crested seats
leather rear console
alum/leather shifter/brake
thicker sport wheel
universal audio, bluetooth, xm
storage lid w/model logo
mats
aluminum footrest
ceramics - still not sure on this one
various leather options a plus but not mandatory
painted rockers/lips I can deal with after fact if needed
illuminated sills
OK, armed with that, I have begun searching. Already seen a few nice samples out there, and prices are ok, but not great just yet.
Found some interesting examples among the bunch and would appreciate feedback on any of this - feel free to crush the list, add to, give me your thoughts on what you have and did not work, what you did not get that you wish you did, etc.
First up, '09 GT Silver/Black
Nicely optioned, w/ceramics, low miles
NO locking diff/ltd slip
NO adaptives
NO bluetooth, ipod
About 24k off original list, less than 8 months
Next, '09 Black/Black (not sure I can handle black w/o meds)
Also nicely optioned, w/ceramics, low miles, about same age as above
Adaptives
Locking Dff
Bluetooth, XM, ipod
just about all of my must haves are on it
Barely 13k off original list, less than 8 months
Still not sure I want to go with a Black one
Next, '08 Guards Red/Black
NO adaptives
NO locking diff
Not over the top in terms of options compared to the '09's on the list
About 25k off original list, well over a year old
Last, '08 Guards Red/Black
Not yet sure on all equipment, but think it has adaptives and a few other goodies.
About 30k off original list, under 5k miles.
Some key questions:
Car will likely not be tracked
Locking Diff - how important is it for use or resale market?
Adaptives - really think I need these
Bluetooth - yeah, there are shortcuts, but would be great to have
Color? Maybe it's time for a change. Like the looks of GT Silver over Arctic, and I think I can live with it just fine. Otherwise Guards is the one.
Thoughts?
TIA

I think you really nailed the must-haves. Personally, I would add the sport shifter and PCCB's (very controversial).
As far as your wants:
I don't think the locking diff matters much for your stated goals. There are about 10-20% of the 997TT owners that really know about the cars and the rest are fairly uniformed. There are five 997TT's in my parking lot at work and the other four owners just bought showroom cars that were minimally spec-d by my local dealer. There will be plety of buyers that wil not care about locking diff when you go to resell.
It looks like the 2009 are going for only a little more than the 2008's you are looking at. If that is true, I would defiantly get a 2009. There are some really good deals on the 2007's so that may be worth a look.
As far as your wants:
heated/crested seats - nice, not madatory
leather rear console - could be added later, but expensive
alum/leather shifter/brake - could be added later, but expensive
thicker sport wheel - I have been thinking about the TechArt wheel
universal audio, bluetooth, xm - all nice except XM sucks nowadays
storage lid w/model logo - can be added
mats - can be added
aluminum footrest - can be added
ceramics - love them!!!
painted rockers/lips I can deal with after fact if needed - I think you have connections to get this one done yourself
illuminated sills - can be added
I have an '09 and the new PCM is great. I sometimes wish I had have skipped the XM though - the little nub antennae looks funny and XM programming has really deteriorated. With the iPod connector, I just don't use XM much anymore. Most of your wants can be added later but costs can add up quickly.leather rear console - could be added later, but expensive

Adaptives: I have 'em. Never used the adaptive part. Sport seats are a must, however, imho.
Black: Get it 100% clear bra'd immediately. Never worry about bugs, swirls, etc. My last two have been 100% and it truly makes black livable.
Locking diff: I have it, don't have a clue what it does, don't track and don't care.

That's not my car. Very similar, but mine is very heavily cosmetically modded with carbon and black paint inside.

.......but.......if you're really anal and can't stand dust, etc, stay away from black.
GT always looks clean and cool.
Slate, meteor and atlas are great and beautiful choices.
