Miss this 996TT Ruf 550 very much !
Sometimes, a car is sold and is regretted almost instantly...
I sold my 2003 996 TT Ruf conversion a couple of years back...I had bought it in 2003 with 300 miles on it...arctic silver/black interior, aerokit...and Ruf sent over a tech to do the following ;
Ruf 550hp engine kit
Wheels
Ruf Suspension
Taller 6th gear (good for 215mph)
Ruf Instrumentation
Pedals
Man, that car was so solid and fast...holy smokes was it fast. Still remember the shriek under boost, it was insane. Very few cars have given me that gutteral rollercoaster pit of stomach sensation that car gave....it scared the crap out of many passengers !
It was last sold by the Ruf Auto Centre in Dallas...would love to find out where it is and either cop it back, or find a minty example just like it...

I recall seeing video's DJ made on 6speed back in the Florida day of you guys racing with a Yellow TT and your car had a fab speed exhaust etc...i thought your car was as i inquired about it when you put it on ebay years back.
