Wrecked 997 TT

Being a big porsche fan, my buddy sent me this link of a wrecked turbo. Decription of the accident was "39 year old salesman from a loca Porsche dealership flipped the car 3 times than smashed into 3 trees. The driver suffered severe back injuries. " In the Netherlands.

Wow, amazing that the tub is still very much in tact. It says a lot about the strength of the body.

AAHTT is an unknown quantity at this point
This is not a 997TT. different exhaust and lack of slots behind the rear wheels. it does have turbo wheels though.

Holy crap that's serious, but not many cars would hold together like that one did...

Hope the driver has a full recovery though.

I was thinking the samething but the website said 997 TT.

Probably a 997S. Either way that really sucks...

Whether it a 3.8l S or a TT its so sad to see a Porsche chewed up like this.

Good to know that the driver came out alive. Hope we never see that kind of stuff anymore. This says alot about the crash tests Porsche goes through. To all members, drive safely.
