Ferrari 458 Monte Carlo Spotted Testing

The always sharp snappers over at Autogespot have posted 2 new images of the highly anticipated, harder-core Ferrari 458. Rumored to be dubbed the Monte-Carlo, though we truly hope this is not the case, the beefed-up 458 Italia was spotted in the holy Ferrari land of Maranello.

As we reported a few months back, Ferrari clients from our site confirmed that order books for the upcoming harder-core Ferrari 458 Italia opened up last March.

Although the all important engine specifications have yet to be revealed, but our members know that the new Monte Carlo will be previewed privately in the coming months, follow by a public debut at the 2014 Frankfurt Auto Show.

Deliveries will then begin in early 2014. So, who's getting ready to trade in their Italia?

I see a different diffuser and the exhausts are a little bit higher and bigger(?)
