With all of the colors available for the 458, we have seen very few in Grigio Silverstone. We had the opportunity to upgrade this beautiful 458 Italia in many different categories including performance, handling, and exterior aesthetics.

For starters, the car went straight over to our friends over at Modern Image for a complete clear bra installation for the entire car. The clear bra film will prevent any type rock chips and other unknowns that could damage the paint of the car. Once that was completed, we installed a protective windshield film that extremely reduces the chance of a cracked windshield. After all of the protective film was completed, we finished it off with smoking the front & rear side markers and wrapping the roof & side skirts in gloss black vinyl.

-Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust System (Retains Factory Valves)
-Akrapovic Titanium 200 Cell Catalytic Converters

***UPDATE***

Next on the agenda for the 458 was to upgrade the wheels and tires. For this, we chose the HRE S107 wheel with a Gloss Black Face, Polished Lip, Titanium Hardware, and custom center caps.

Not only do these wheels offer weight savings, they provide a much more aggressive offset to bring the wheel closer to the fender. Additionally, we are able to upgrade to wider tires front and rear which improves the handling of the vehicle.

For improved rear styling of the car, we went ahead and chose the Novitec Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler, and Carbon Fiber Taillight covers.

Is it me or do clear bras make the car look a bit too shiny?

 

I think it's the HD pics. In other news...words can't describe the incredible beauty of a Grigio Silverstone Ferrari.
