My Scud is on the Water!
Hello Gents,
Returned home today from a great 4 day trip up in Northern Wisconsin. Good times with family and friends -- golfed, fished, enjoyed some fantastic cooking, drank my scotch at night while smoking my cigars. (I thank God for what I have.)
After unpacking I sat down to review my work emails to determine what fires I have to put out this week. Buried within the emails clamoring for my attention was one from Rick Mancuso of Lake Forest Sportscars. And it stated that my Scuderia is on the water! Last 6 numbers of chassiss are 161290.
Yeah baby! Car is about two weeks way from delivery!
I'll post photos as soon as it hits the dealer and then again at delivery. In the meantime here are a few of my other cars.

599 v. 430
The 599 is stunningly elegant. It's comfortable, has plenty of luggage space, and a more supple suspension so it won't knock the fillings out of your teeth. It's astonishlingly fast yet stable at speed. No doubt it will make a statement if you ever pull up to the porte cochere of the Dolder Grand in Zurich or Hotel De Paris in Monte Carlo (although that's irrelevant to me).
The 430 is "in your face". It's a frenzied driving experience vs. the relatively relaxed driving experience of the 599. It continues to remind you that you are driving a sports car. It gets more looks than the 599, at least that's my perception (not a good thing in my mind). It's not as fast in a straight line, but it gives you the perception of being as fast.
