4RD4TW has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Those pics reinforce how show stopping the 458 is! :O

The pictures speak for themselves. But to echo some of the sentiments around here, these ponies are gorgeous. If I had my choice, I'd take the white with the red interior.

this is probably the best touring car ever. the engine and exhaust note via the open roof in the canyons...

Am I the only one who thinks the 458 is a huge step back from the beautifully designed 430. IMHO the 458 looks like a kit car, odd shapes/lines, nose slopes up (bottom) radiator intakes in awful places - just one of the worst looking F-cars I have come across.
I even remember seeing one when they first came out, and thought to myself, sheesh that's an ugly kit car - LOL
I guess, I'm probably the only guy here that thinks that?

thought the same way as well...
until I learned about the purpose of those lines and the "strange" design.
Form follows function...and it works very well for the 458 if you look at the performance numbers and lap times

Oh for sure - no argument from me regarding performance, but there are so many better ways of utilizing design to fulfill performance functions. I think they took the wrong direction.
