3 DUI's, a suspended license and still he drove. That's great. I feel safe knowing there are people like Vlad out there on the street without a care in the world or regard for anyone.

No sympathy for either involved party. I feel for the owner of the car; those dickheads shouldn't have been out joy-riding in a car that wasn't their own. Period. And yes, I am among the crew that believes alcohol MUST have been involved.
