i usualy try not to rush to conclusions and title people dumb from a single incident like that, its prety stresful on the drag start grid and its easy to make mistakes with all those butons

You guys do realize that the general population assumes that A) all Ferraris are over $400k and B) most are still manuals.

What's more embarrassing? Not owning one and not knowing the real price point and transmissions? Or owning one and not having a f'ing clue what you're doing?

Everyone is an expert and is a critic. Sure it was an error, but unless you are perfect and have never been a knuckle head, or made a mistake you would probably be best to just move on.... or someday some jealous idiot with a camera that could probably never afford a 458/Porsche/Lambo, just may record it and make you feel bad.

At least he's not just taking it to the valet stand and polishing it. He's using and enjoying it.
